Parcon Resilience is a non-profit organization founded by Andrew Suseno in 2017, with fiscal sponsorship from Fractured Atlas to advance the development of Parcon with people of color and those in the marginalized intersections.
The mission of Parcon Resilience is to ground personal and communal dialogue around power, identity and what is important to us through our embodied experience of relationships in context. To develop practices that are accessible and useful to all people, and thus, realize that the form can never be "finished." To deconstruct the status quo by defining our own felt boundaries through consent work, needs assessment and play. To share beauty, intimacy, and the possibility of having our needs met between any two people in any given context.
Fractured Atlas is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions for the purposes of Parcon are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Your donations support classes for underserved communities and people and the cultivation of teachers from those communities within the Parcon Resilience framework.

“As a movement form, Parcon has the capacity to publicly expose and dismantle the limitations that society has imposed on our identities one collective exploration at a time. It's ironic the very bodies which dehumanize us in the eyes of the powerful, also serve as containers of the strength, resilience, ingenuity and creativity we use daily to thrive in environments that are often unjustly restrictive and oppressive.” Colleen (Parcon mover and Activist with disabilities.)
